- Lettuce 1 head( 200 g ± 50 )
- Oyster sauce 6-8 ml
- Garlic 4-5 cloves (made into garlic paste or minced)
- Light soy sauce 6 ml
- Salt 0.5 g
- White sugar 1 g
- Cooking oil 5-8 ml
Steps
- Wash the lettuce and remove any spoiled leaves.
- Heat the pan, add 1 L water (cold), then add 2 ml - 3 ml cooking oil and 0.5 g salt into the pan, and wait for the water to boil.
- After the water boils, add the lettuce and blanch each lettuce leaf for 10 s.
- Remove the lettuce, drain off excess water, and plate it.
- Make the sauce: add light soy sauce 10 ml, oyster sauce 6-8 ml, salt 0.5 g, white sugar 1 g into a bowl and mix well, then add 10-15 ml water (cold) and stir until even.
- Heat the pan again, add cooking oil 5-8 ml, and add the garlic paste when the oil is hot.
- When the garlic aroma comes out, pour in the prepared sauce, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat immediately.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the lettuce.
