Stir-Fried Greens
Simple and easy to make. Estimated to finish in 10 minutes.

- Leafy greens
Measurements
- Leafy greens 100g * servings
- Cooking oil 10-15ml (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
- Salt 2g * servings
- Drinking water 70ml * servings
- Sugar 5g * servings
Steps
- Tear the greens into small pieces, rinse with clean water, set aside.
- Heat the pan over medium or high heat, add 10-15ml cooking oil. Wait another 30 seconds for the oil to heat up.
- Add the prepared greens to the pan, stir-fry until the greens soften (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the calculated water; the water level should fully moisten or just cover the greens. Add salt (2g * servings), continue stir-frying about 1 minute.
- Finally add sugar and heat over low heat for 2 minutes; cover the pan while heating.
- Plate and serve.
