Stir-Fried Greens

  • Leafy greens

Measurements

  • Leafy greens 100g * servings
  • Cooking oil 10-15ml (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan)
  • Salt 2g * servings
  • Drinking water 70ml * servings
  • Sugar 5g * servings

Steps

  • Tear the greens into small pieces, rinse with clean water, set aside.
  • Heat the pan over medium or high heat, add 10-15ml cooking oil. Wait another 30 seconds for the oil to heat up.
  • Add the prepared greens to the pan, stir-fry until the greens soften (about 1 minute).
  • Pour in the calculated water; the water level should fully moisten or just cover the greens. Add salt (2g * servings), continue stir-frying about 1 minute.
  • Finally add sugar and heat over low heat for 2 minutes; cover the pan while heating.
  • Plate and serve.
