- romaine lettuce
- sesame paste
- soy sauce

Measurements
- 1 颗 romaine lettuce(约 200g) * servings
- 15ml vinegar * servings
- 5ml soy sauce * servings
- 10ml sesame paste * servings
- 5ml sesame oil * servings
- 5g sugar * servings
- 10ml oyster sauce * servings
- 两头 garlic * servings
Steps
- Smash the garlic and mince it.
- Put vinegar, soy sauce, sesame paste, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce, and minced garlic into a bowl and mix well.
- Cut the romaine lettuce into segments, each no more than 4cm.
- Put the romaine lettuce into a larger bowl, pour in the sauce from above, and mix thoroughly.
Notes
- Sesame paste can be replaced with peanut butter.
