Spicy Numbing Fat-Loss Buckwheat Noodles

Measurements
- Semi-dried buckwheat noodles 100g
- Baby bok choy 8 leaves (total 150g)
- Lettuce 6 leaves (total 80g)
- Hot pot base 25g
- Peanut butter 15g
- Whole milk 150ml
- Light soy sauce 6ml
- Chili oil 10ml
- Vinegar 20ml
- Sichuan pepper oil 10ml
- Water 500ml
Steps
- Wash the baby bok choy and lettuce, set aside.
- Pour 500ml water into the pot, bring to high heat, add buckwheat noodles and baby bok choy, wait for the water to boil.
- After the water boils, reduce to low heat, add hot pot base, peanut butter, milk, light soy sauce, chili oil, and once it boils again cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lettuce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vinegar and Sichuan pepper oil, turn off the heat, and eat directly from the small pot.
Notes
- Be sure to choose semi-dried buckwheat noodles for the best texture.
- You can add other things as you like, such as hot pot balls, egg dumplings, etc.
- Hot pot base, peanut butter, and milk must be added—the three flavor giants.
