Chive Pies
Chive pies are a delicious traditional snack with a crispy crust and a fragrant filling, rich in vitamins and protein. Easy to make, suitable for lunch, with an estimated total time of about 2.5 hours.

- Chinese chives
- Shrimp
- Eggs
- Sesame oil

- Chinese chives 500g
- Shrimp 100g
- Eggs 3
- Sesame oil 10ml
- Salt 5g
- Flour 250g
Steps
- Put the flour into a large bowl, add water, and mix into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Wash and chop the Chinese chives, add the beaten eggs and 5g salt, and mix well.
- Divide the dough into small portions, roll into thin round wrappers, and fill with Chinese chives, shrimp, and beaten egg.
- Heat a pan, add cooking oil, place the assembled chive pies in, and pan-fry until both sides are golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Plate and enjoy after cooling slightly.
Notes
- You can add ingredients like dried tofu according to personal taste.
