  • Chinese chives
  • Shrimp

  • Chinese chives 500g
  • Shrimp 100g
  • Eggs 3
  • Sesame oil 10ml
  • Salt 5g
  • Flour 250g

Steps

  • Put the flour into a large bowl, add water, and mix into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Wash and chop the Chinese chives, add the beaten eggs and 5g salt, and mix well.
  • Divide the dough into small portions, roll into thin round wrappers, and fill with Chinese chives, shrimp, and beaten egg.
  • Heat a pan, add cooking oil, place the assembled chive pies in, and pan-fry until both sides are golden, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Plate and enjoy after cooling slightly.

Notes

  • You can add ingredients like dried tofu according to personal taste.
