Sweet Fermented Rice Balls

Ingredients and Tools

  • Small glutinous rice balls
  • Sweet fermented rice
  • White sugar
  • Goji berries (optional)

Measurements

  • Water 300 ml * servings
  • Small glutinous rice balls 250 g * servings
  • Sweet fermented rice 50 g * servings
  • Goji berries 5 pieces * servings
  • White sugar

Steps

  • Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil
  • Add small glutinous rice balls and cook for 8 minutes
  • Add sweet fermented rice and goji berries and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Serve in a bowl, add white sugar to taste, and stir evenly
  • Eat

Notes

  • The amount of white sugar can be adjusted to taste
  • If you prefer a richer texture, you can reduce the water by 100 ml
