- alkaline noodles specific to hot dry noodles (250g)
- scallions (10g)
- sour long beans (20g)
- minced pork (30g)
- garlic water (30ml)
- pork broth sauce (30ml)
- dried radish (50g)
- sesame paste (40ml)
- chili oil (0-10ml)
- ground pepper(0-10g)
- soy sauce(5ml)
- salt(3g)
- chicken essence(0-3g)
Steps
- Bring water to a boil, add the alkaline noodles, blanch for 25 seconds and remove
- Sprinkle with salt, chicken essence, and ground pepper
- Dilute the sesame paste with 90ml water, mix well, then add
- Add 5ml soy sauce, add 30ml pork broth sauce and garlic water
- Add dried radish, minced pork, sour long beans, and chopped scallions
- Mix well and eat
