Stir-Fried Instant Noodles

This is the most successful attempt after exploring improvements to traditional boiled instant noodles. It greatly boosts the deliciousness of instant noodles and is simple to make. Start stir-frying!

Ingredients and Tools

  • Instant noodles
  • Salt
  • Eggs
  • Ham sausage (optional)

Measurements

  • Instant noodles amount is 1.2 packs/person, round down.
  • Egg amount is 1.4 per person, round down.
  • Salt amount is egg amount * 2g.
  • Ham sausage amount is 0.7 per person, round up.
  • Cooking oil amount is 10 - 18 ml / person. Using the above conditions, calculate the planned ingredient ratios.

Steps

  • Tear open the ham sausage package and cut into small pieces 1cm wide. Noodles preparation
  • Add 300 ml water to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the instant noodle cake and boil for 45 seconds. Stir during boiling to loosen the noodles.
  • Turn off the heat immediately after the noodles loosen.
  • Separate the noodle soup and noodles. Rinse the noodles with cold water. Sauce preparation
  • Prepare a small bowl and squeeze in the instant noodle seasoning packet.
  • Squeeze in all the vegetable packet.
  • Squeeze in all the sauce packet.
  • Squeeze in 50% - 80% of the powder packet. (Adding the entire powder packet will be very salty)
  • Take 80ml of the noodle soup from the previous step, add to the bowl, and mix well to make a seasoning bowl. Egg pre-treatment
  • Take out the calculated number of eggs and crack into a small bowl.
  • Add 2g salt to each egg. Mix evenly.
  • Heat the pan for 20s, add portions * 8ml oil.
  • Add the prepared bowl of eggs. Stir-fry for about 20s until the eggs become solid.
  • Remove the fried eggs and set aside. Final steps
  • Heat the pan for 20s, increase the oil in the pan to portions * 10ml.
  • Add the ham sausage prepared in the first step. Stir-fry for 10 seconds.
  • Add the noodles from the second step. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the seasoning bowl from the third step. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the fried eggs from the fourth step. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Turn off the heat and plate.
