Ingredients and Tools

  • pea starch
  • garlic
  • xiaomi chili
  • chili powder
  • soy sauce

  • white sugar
  • chicken bouillon
  • salt
  • crushed peanuts

  • pea starch 100g
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • xiaomi chili 3 pieces
  • chili powder 10g
  • soy sauce 10ml
  • vinegar 10ml
  • white sugar 3ml
  • chicken bouillon 3g
  • salt 3g
  • crushed peanuts 5g
  • cilantro 5g

Steps

  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • Mix the pea starch and water, 100 grams each, and stir well.
  • Pour 600g water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat.
  • Pour in the starch water, stirring constantly as you pour, until it becomes thick and evenly colored.
  • Find a container and brush a thin layer of cooking oil inside.
  • Pour the cooked starch into the container and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  • After refrigerating, remove, unmold, and cut into strips.
  • Mince the garlic and xiaomi chili, add 10g chili powder and 5g crushed peanuts, and mix well with hot oil.
  • Then add 10ml soy sauce, 10ml vinegar, 5g white sugar, 3g chicken bouillon, and 3g salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the seasoning over the liangfen, then sprinkle with cilantro.
