- Preserved egg 2 pcs

Steps
- Rice - rinse - put into the rice cooker inner pot - add 1 liter drinking water
- Lean pork - rinse - briefly air-dry to remove moisture - add 10ml cooking oil - rub evenly - put into the rice cooker inner pot
- Preserved egg - peel - rinse - cut in half - separate white and yolk - roughly chop the white - mash the yolk - put into the rice cooker inner pot
- Ginger - rinse - peel - remove yellowed/blackened inedible parts - slice into shreds - add to the rice cooker inner pot as an ingredient
- Scallion - rinse - remove roots - remove yellowed/blackened inedible parts - chop - place in a small bowl for later use
- Cilantro - rinse - remove roots - remove yellowed/blackened inedible parts - chop - place in a small bowl for later use
- Lettuce - rinse - remove roots - remove yellowed/blackened inedible parts - chop - place in a small bowl for later use, sauce
- Soy sauce + oyster sauce + salt + white pepper - mix evenly - place in a small bowl for later use, cooking process
- Main ingredients - use the rice cooker congee mode to cook until done
- Ingredients - after the main ingredients are cooked, blanch the lettuce once in hot water, then add it together with the other ingredients to the main pot with the lid open and mix evenly
- Sauce - after the main ingredients are cooked, add together with the other ingredients to the main pot with the lid open and mix evenly
Notes
