Measurements
- cucumber = 100 g * servings
- pork = 50 g * servings
- oil amount = 50 g * servings
- salt amount = 10 g * servings
- soy sauce = 5 g * servings
- garlic cloves = 2 cloves * servings
- bird's eye chili = 1 piece * servings
Steps
- Slice the lean pork, put into a bowl, pour in 10 g cooking oil and light soy sauce, mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut off 5 cm from each end of the cucumber; slice the remaining part diagonally into 0.5 cm thin slices.
- Put the cucumber into a bowl, sprinkle 8 g salt, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes.
- Peel the garlic cloves, smash, and mince.
- Cut the bird's eye chili into even 0.5 cm segments.
- Heat the pan, pour in 40 g oil. When the oil starts smoking, add the minced garlic and bird's eye chili and stir-fry 5 times.
- Add the marinated lean pork and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and changes color.
- Add the cucumber, add 2 g salt, stir-fry evenly over high heat for half a minute, then serve.
- If you cannot keep high heat, it may be a bit undercooked. Consider increasing to 50 seconds.
