Steps

- Use a spoon to evenly spread the sauce over the wings, especially in the cuts on the middle section, for about 3 minutes

Notes
- In this example the wings are mildly spicy. For more heat, increase the chili powder, but do not exceed 30g
- Whole chicken wings refer to wings that include the tip, middle, and drumette
- This recipe yields a slightly charred finish. If you do not like a browned appearance, do not pour the remaining sauce into the foil tray and cook only 20 minutes per side
- Adjust the actual cooking time based on the power of your air fryer
- Paprika adds color and flavor and is not a heat agent
- Marinating time can be adjusted freely; 60 to 180 minutes is recommended
- The foil tray is very hot right after cooking. Use tongs or a damp cloth or other heat insulation to handle it. If you follow this guide and find issues or ways to improve the process, please submit an Issue or Pull request.
