- Chicken wing quantity is 3-4 pieces/person

Steps
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl
- Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate for 30-40 minutes Baking process
- Preheat the oven to 200℃
- Evenly place the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray
- Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Take out the tray, flip the wings, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through
