Ingredients and Tools

  • Chicken mid-wings
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking wine
  • Oven

Measurements

  • Chicken wing quantity is 3-4 pieces/person
  • Salt quantity is 2 g/person
  • Black pepper powder quantity is 1 g/person
  • Soy sauce quantity is 3 ml/person

Steps

  • Place the chicken wings in a bowl
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, cooking wine and marinate for 30-40 minutes Baking process
  • Preheat the oven to 200℃
  • Evenly place the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray
  • Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
  • Take out the tray, flip the wings, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until cooked through

Notes

  • You can add honey, soy sauce, ginger-garlic powder, five-spice powder, etc. when marinating the chicken wings to enhance taste and aroma
