Stir-Fried Beef with Hot Green Peppers

Ingredients and Tools

  • Beef
  • Scallion, ginger, garlic
  • Hot green pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Measurements

  • Beef amount is 250 g/person
  • Scallion amount is 0.5 stalk/person
  • Ginger amount is 1 piece/person
  • Salt amount is 3 g/person
  • Sugar amount is 1.5 g/person
  • Soy sauce amount is 9 ml/person Using the above conditions, calculate the ratio of raw materials to be used.

Steps

  • Mince the garlic into garlic paste
  • Cut the scallion into segments
  • Slice the ginger
  • Cut the hot green pepper into segments Beef pre-treatment
  • Put the beef into a bowl
  • Add ginger, salt, soy sauce, and sugar to marinate for 30-40 minutes
  • After marinating, the ginger can be removed Stir-fry until cooked
  • Add cold oil to the pan and heat until occasional bubbles appear
  • Add the garlic paste
  • When the garlic paste turns golden, add the hot green pepper
  • When the pepper skin wrinkles slightly, add the marinated beef and stir-fry
  • Before it is fully cooked, add the scallion and continue stir-frying
  • Stir-fry until the beef is cooked, turn off the heat and plate

Notes

  • You can add baking soda to the marinade to tenderize the beef; the beef-to-baking-soda ratio is 500g:3g.
