Stir-Fried Pork with Millet Chilies

Ingredients and Tools
- millet chilies
- peanut oil
- pork belly/lean pork
- salt
- light soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- garlic
- ginger
- doubanjiang
- chicken bouillon
- white sugar
Measurements
- millet chilies 20, adjust to taste
- peanut oil 20ml
- pork belly/lean pork 200g
- salt 1-2g
- light soy sauce 10ml
- oyster sauce 10ml
- ginger and garlic 50g
- doubanjiang 10g, adjust to taste
- chicken bouillon 10g
- white sugar 5g
Steps
- Wash the millet chilies and cut them on a diagonal into larger pieces.
- For the pork, cut into strips or slices as you like, add seasonings (light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt), and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat the pan and add oil, stir-fry the pork first and set aside.
- Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, add doubanjiang and stir-fry, add the chopped millet chilies, then add the lean pork, stir-fry briefly, add a bit of light soy sauce, chicken bouillon, salt, and sugar, and stir-fry.
