- Bourbon whiskey
- Coca-Cola
- Ice cubes
- Lemon (optional, for improving taste) Tools
- Manual citrus press
Measurements
- Whiskey 100 ml
- Coca-Cola 500 ml
- Lemon 1
- Ice cubes 300 g
Steps
- Cut the lemon in half (knife direction perpendicular to the line connecting the ends of the lemon), and cut one slice from one of the halves to reserve
- Cut the lemon in half again, press the resulting 4 lemon quarters with a press to extract lemon juice, and set it aside in a container
- Place the squeezed lemon in a container and set aside Mixing
- Choose a cup; it is recommended to use a large glass or metal bucket with a capacity of about 1 liter
- Add ice cubes and the squeezed lemon to the cup (arrange the lemon and ice as you like)
- Pour in 15 ml lemon juice (if you prefer sourness, add more or all of it)
- Slowly pour in Coca-Cola along the wall of the cup to about 3/4 from the rim (keep the ratio of cola to whiskey at about 5:1)
- Pour in whiskey until the cup is full
