Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a traditional Italian dessert. No oven needed and easy to make, so even baking beginners can get a delicious tiramisu with zero mistakes.

Ingredients and Tools
- Mascarpone cheese
- Ladyfingers
- Cooled espresso
- Pasteurized eggs
- Granulated sugar
- Cocoa powder
- Rum (if you don’t like alcohol you can omit it, adjust to your taste)
- A container to hold the finished dessert (glass Lock&Lock used here)
- Whisk (friends with strong arms can also get an arm workout)
Measurements
- Mascarpone cheese 450g
- Ladyfingers 1 pack
- Cooled espresso 350ml
- Pasteurized eggs 4
- Granulated sugar 50g
- Cocoa powder 10g
- Rum 35ml
Steps
- Separate the yolks and whites
- Add 10g granulated sugar to the bowl with egg whites and whip to soft peaks
- In the bowl with egg yolks, add 40g granulated sugar in three additions and mix until uniform
- Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks in three additions and mix until uniform
- Finally add rum to the yolks and mix evenly
- Fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk-cheese mixture in three additions
- Dip both sides of the ladyfingers in the coffee liquid and lay them flat in the container
- Alternate two layers of cheese mixture and two layers of ladyfingers in the container (adjust according to preference and container height)
- Refrigerate for four hours (impatient friends can take it out earlier)
- After taking it out, sift cocoa powder on the surface and enjoy
