Fried Skewer Sauce
Fried skewer sauce, said to taste good even poured on socks, beginner-friendly, estimated time 10 minutes.
Ingredients and Tools
- Dried chili powder (both coarse and fine)
- Cumin powder
- Pepper powder
- Five-spice powder
- Sichuan pepper powder
- Thirteen-spice
- Mala seasoning
- White sesame
Measurements
- Dried chili powder 60 g
- Cumin powder 20 g
- Pepper powder 10 g
- Five-spice powder 15 g
- Salt 20 g
- Sichuan pepper powder 15 g
- Chicken bouillon 8 g
- Thirteen-spice 5 g
- Mala seasoning 5 g
- White sesame 30 g
Steps
- Mix all ingredients in a container and stir evenly.
- Heat oil in a pot; use enough oil to cover all the ingredients in the container.
- Pour in the hot oil in three batches, 1/3 each time, while stirring.
- Finally add sesame oil 10ml, light soy sauce 10ml, Sichuan pepper oil 10ml, oyster sauce 10ml.
Notes
- The seasonings in the last step can be adjusted to your taste.
- Do not pour in all the hot oil at once; it must be added in batches while stirring.
