  • Eggs
  • Toast
  • Bacon
  • Butter
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Measurements

  • Eggs 1 piece
  • Toast 2 slices
  • Bacon 2 slices
  • Butter 10 g
  • Mayonnaise 20g
  • Salt 1g
  • Black pepper 2g

Steps

  • Trim the crusts off the toast and set aside
  • Boil the eggs and mash
  • Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper
  • Add butter to the pan and fry the bacon until cooked through
  • Assemble the toast, adding the prepared egg salad and bacon between two slices
  • Cut the square toast into triangles and plate
