Steamed Hua Juan
Steamed Hua Juan is a simple, easy dish. It can supplement carbohydrates and dietary fiber. Beginners generally only need half an hour to finish. As a quick breakfast, once you learn it, you will never go hungry in the morning again.
Ingredients and Tools
- Frozen hua juan
- Round plate
- Steaming rack
- Water 400ml
Measurements
- Frozen hua juan 5 pieces (for women, 3 pieces is enough) (can be purchased in supermarkets or various grocery platforms)
- Round plate, diameter 28cm
- Steaming rack, diameter 20cm
- Water 400ml
Steps
- Take 5 hua juan out of the package
- Lay the hua juan flat on the plate, avoid overlapping as much as possible
- Pour 400ml water into the pot, put the steaming rack inside, place the plate with hua juan on the rack, and cover the pot.
- Heat on high until the water boils.
- Switch to medium heat and cook for 15 minutes
- Open the lid and feel the surface temperature of the hua juan; if it is not hot enough, cover and continue heating, otherwise turn off the heat and remove.
- Take out the plate and let it cool to 50 degrees before eating
Notes
