Microwave Poached Eggs
Microwave poached eggs are a simple, easy, and protein-rich dish. It only takes within 120 seconds in the microwave and is suitable for a commuter breakfast.
Ingredients and Tools
- Eggs
- Sesame oil
- Salt
Measurements
- Eggs 2
- Drinking water 35ml
- Sesame oil 3ml
- Salt 0.8g
Steps
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl, use chopsticks to poke 2 holes in each egg yolk to avoid dirtying the microwave during heating
- Then pour room-temperature drinking water into the bowl
- Then add edible salt into the bowl
- Finally add sesame oil
- Put the bowl with the ingredients into the microwave and heat on high for 80 seconds
- When the set time is reached, use a cloth to protect your hand and take out the finished dish
Notes
