Microwave Poached Eggs

Microwave poached eggs are a simple, easy, and protein-rich dish. It only takes within 120 seconds in the microwave and is suitable for a commuter breakfast.

Ingredients and Tools

  • Eggs
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt

Measurements

  • Eggs 2
  • Drinking water 35ml
  • Sesame oil 3ml
  • Salt 0.8g

Steps

  • Crack the eggs into a small bowl, use chopsticks to poke 2 holes in each egg yolk to avoid dirtying the microwave during heating
  • Then pour room-temperature drinking water into the bowl
  • Then add edible salt into the bowl
  • Finally add sesame oil
  • Put the bowl with the ingredients into the microwave and heat on high for 80 seconds
  • When the set time is reached, use a cloth to protect your hand and take out the finished dish

Notes
