Ingredients and Tools
- Egg
- Salt
- Oil
- Controllable-power microwave or uncontrollable-power microwave (see additional content for definition and identification)
- Chopsticks or toothpick
Measurements
- Use 1 egg.
- Use 1 g salt per egg.
- Use 5 mL oil per egg. Using the conditions above, calculate the planned ingredient ratio.
Steps
- Prepare a small bowl, pour in the oil calculated in the previous step, sprinkle in salt, and mix well. Tilt the bowl so the oil coats the bowl surface.
- Take out an egg and crack it into the small bowl.
- Puncture the surface of the yolk. Toothpick: 5 holes or chopstick: 1 hole.
- Put into the microwave, medium heat for 3 minutes. Uncontrollable-power microwave.
- Prepare a small bowl, pour in the oil calculated in the previous step, sprinkle in salt, and mix well. Tilt the bowl so the oil coats the bowl surface.
- Take out an egg and crack it into the small bowl.
- Puncture the surface of the yolk. Toothpick: 5 holes or chopstick: 1 hole.
- Put into the microwave for 1 minute.

Notes
- Uncontrollable-power microwave:
- Definition: A microwave that cannot control power, only time.
- How to identify: If you cannot find labels such as low, medium, high on the microwave control panel, it is an uncontrollable-power microwave.
- Controllable-power microwave:
- Definition: A microwave that can control both power and time,
